Takt: German for beat. Let's get your sales process singing.

Before you hire another salesperson, fix the step that's choking the one you've got.

Don't hire your way out of a bottleneck. We measure every stage, find the slowest, and fix that first.

Why us01 / 06

Factories fixed this decades ago. Sales never got the memo.

I started out at Rolls-Royce, on the factory floor. The job was simple: watch the line, find the one step everything queues behind, fix it, repeat. Small fixes, every week, forever. It's how the best factories in the world got good. It's the same thinking that made Toyota the car Australians trust to start every morning.

Then I moved into sales and saw the same queues everywhere. Nobody was looking for them. That's what we do.

How it works02 / 06

Every line has a slowest station.

In a factory, takt is the beat the line runs to, and the slowest station sets it. Your sales process is a line too, with four stations. Whichever one is slowest sets your revenue, so that's the one we find.

T

Target

Not enough of the right people know you exist.

02
A

Hundreds of emails out. Three replies. No meetings.

Keep it moving

Deals start well, then stall, slip or go quiet.

Thrive

Customers stay, but they don't grow or send friends.

That's TAKT: where it's stuck. Fixing it is IVATE.

How we fix it03 / 06
TAKTIVATE

TAKT finds where. IVATE is how.

Put them together and you get the name. Every engagement runs the same five steps, the way a good factory fixes a problem. I learned it at Rolls-Royce, trained by Master Black Belts and Toyota Production System experts. It works just as well on a sales team.

I01

Identify

Agree the one problem worth fixing, and what fixed would look like.

V02

Validate

Get the real numbers, so we're working from facts, not hunches.

A03

Assess

Dig into why it's happening. The cause, not the symptom.

T04

Tune

Make the change. Small, specific, tested with your team.

E05

Evaluate

Check it stuck and the numbers moved. Then pick the next problem.

What we actually build04 / 06

Small tools. Boring jobs. Done properly.

Most sales teams don't need a new platform. They need the dull bits done every time, without someone remembering to do them. So that's what we build: small AI tools, inside the tools you already use, each doing one job.

Where deals stallWhat we'd build
T

Target

A short brief on every prospect before anyone picks up the phone.

A

Acquire

First emails and follow-ups drafted for every lead. You read them, you hit send.

K

Keep it moving

Notes before every call, and a nudge when a deal goes quiet for a week.

T

Thrive

A flag when a customer looks ready to buy more.

How it's run
01It's yours.

Built in your accounts. If we part ways, it keeps working.

02It's tested.

Each tool runs ten times and gets marked out of ten before your team sees it. Below eight, it goes back.

03A person checks it.

Nothing goes to a customer without someone on your team reading it first.

04Your team learns it.

We show your people how to run it and change it, so you're not ringing us for every tweak.

05We pick the job, not the tool.

If the slowest step needs a phone call rather than software, we'll tell you.

Why now40%

Salespeople spend 40% of their week actually selling.

Founders of Australian B2B firms with one or two salespeople, or about to hire the first. You're still the best closer in the building, and you'd quite like not to be.
